Things (or creatures) you can ride on/in or drive/pilot:

• Hang gliders
• Cars
• Trains
• Horses
• Boats, including fishing boats and Tall Ships
• Flying Saucers and Moon Rockets
• Submarines
• Skateboards
• Bicycles
• Surfboards

Wheelchairs are technically also vehicles, but they're allowed pretty much everywhere, while other vehicles are not.
