The messaging server hub from which the Tootsville IV server programs were coördinated.

This was the first of the Romans programs. It was originally going to be called Braque.

Found in Romance 1.0, Romance 1.1, Romance 1.2, and Romance II.

Appius Claudius Caecus, the main networking component or "socket server." Appius manages network listening sockets, using a few different possible communications channels.
